About
Sandeep Kumar Rangaraju joined the Weber State University faculty in July 2015 and serves as an associate professor of economics at the Goddard School of Business & Economics at Weber State.
Rangaraju received his PhD in economics in August 2015 from Gatton School of Business and Economics at University of Kentucky. He received his bachelor’s degree (B-Tech) in electronics and instrumentation engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, and his MBA and MA in economics from Central Michigan University.
Sandeep is an applied macroeconomist working as Associate Professor of Economics (tenured) at the ,Weber State University. He received my Ph.D. in Economics from at the in 2015. His Primary fields of interest are Macro and Monetary Economics and Energy Economics. He is an Associate Editor of Empirical Economics.
Sandeep's research has been published or is forthcoming in the Journal of Applied Econometrics, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Energy Economics, Economics Letters, Energy Policy, Eastern Economic Journal, Economic Modelling, and Journal of Economic Studies.
He is currently teaching courses: Mathematical Economics, Intermediate Macroeconomic Theory, Forecasting and Time Series, International Trade, Business Calculus, Business Statistics.
